Plan 1
Contribute $250.00 by July 1, 2011
OR
Plan 2
Participate in the School's Fundraiser with $300.00 worth of tickets (returned tickets to be paid by the family), or other school fundraiser equaling $300.00
Labels for Education Fundraiser
For more than 30 years, Labels for Education has been awarding free educational equipment to schools in exchange for proofs of purchase from the Campbell family of brands. It’s a fun, easy program where students, families and members of the community work together for a common goal.
It’s as Easy as 1-2-3!
1. Collect 1-point product UPCs from Campbell’s Labels for Education participating products.
2. Glue them on the collection sheet.
3. Turn in your completed collection sheet to your teacher.

GIVE ALOHA AT FOODLAND AND SACK N SAVE TO HELP US RAISE FUNDS!
Foodland and Sack 'N Save's Annual Community Matching Gifts Program is from September 1 - 30, 2010.
Please help us by presenting your Maikai’i Card and inform the cashier that you would like to make a donation to Our Lady of Perpetual Help School. You can donate up to a cumulative total of $249 per person, per organization and Foodland will match the amounts.
Donations are tax deductible. Please save your store receipts for tax purposes since it will be the only record you will have of your donations.
